Member Points Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

    • The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the termination or modification of the Program.

    • The Company makes no warranties regarding the Program or points, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Governing Law

    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Myanmar/ Yangon.

    • Any disputes arising from the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Myanmar/ Yangon.
