1. Before operation : turn temperature control knob to "O" position insert control probe firmly into the pan's appliance inlet. Then insert power cord plug into electrical socket.
2. Adjust the temperature control knob to your desired power settings. Below are the recommended settings for different cooking methods:

- Warm            50W
- Boil or Stew 100W
- Steam           150W
- Fry                 200W
3. Light will turn on to indicate operation.
4.When cooking is complete , turn knob back to "O" position Unplug power cord before detaching control probe from pan
